This system is composed of a PC and the queuing software holds control over the calling module, the Window Screen display, the Central display, and the Receipt module. Wireless Kiosk has already been installed in the PC so that the thermal printer and the print content can be editable.

Queuing tickets include the necessary details, such as number, time, ticket type, current waiting people number, and other essential data. The system automatically queues the people in wait by the number, in order, for all the users. These maintained queues can be adjusted according to the user’s requirements and circumstances.

Based on the setting, each wireless queuing system can simultaneously serve 99 queues and 256 working windows, with each window used to manage one or several types of businesses. This system supports VIP queue service and so there is an availability of VIP cards to print VIP tickets so that you can enjoy the priority you deserve.

Queuing numbers will be then broadcast-ed, and also be displayed on the Central Screen as well as Window Screen accordingly.

Operators can use a Wireless Caller or the Calling software to trigger the calling number. In case of an unfortunate power failure, the system automatically backs up the system information, and when the power is back on again, the system retrieves it back to normal. The system automatically saves the statistical data and statistical reports can be directly printed as well.
